Der Allrounder/Einsteiger-Mezcal Alipús San Andres wird aus den Agaven Espadin und Bicuishe hergestellt. Ein "da-machste-nix-verkehrt"-Mezcal auf hohem Qualitätsniveau.

Die Herstellung

Das Land von Brennmeister Don Valente befindet sich auf einem hohen, hügeligen Plateau in etwa 1500m Höhe. Der Boden besteht hauptsächlich aus Schiefer, was für den Anbau normalerweise nicht gut ist, aber einige Agavenarten können hier gedeihen. Die Mezcals von Alipús haben einzigartige Aromen, und dieser Mezcal ist nicht anders. Diese Variante des Alipús San Andres Mezcal führt neben der Espadin Agave auch die Agavensorte Bicuishe auf dem Flaschenetikett.

Über Alipús Mezcal

Alipús ist eine Gemeinschaftsproduktion, von verschiedenen Brennmeistern an verschiedenen Orten hergestellt. Alipús wurde 1999 als Projekt der Destilería Los Danzantes, mit Don Joel Antonio und seinen Söhnen, in San Juan del Río geboren. Es folgten Don Eduardo Hernández aus Santa Ana del Río, der den Mezcal Alipús Santa Ana del Río herstellt; Don Cosme Hernández und sein Sohn Cirilo in San Baltazar Guelavila, die den Mezcal Alipús San Baltazar herstellen; Don Valente Angel und seine Söhne aus Santa María La Pila mit dem Mezcal Alipús San Andrés. Im Jahr 2013 wurde Alipús San Luis von Don Baltazar Cruz und Söhne von San Luis del Río und Alipús San Miguel von Don Felix García, Leonardo Rojas und Tío Jesús im Potrero Sola de Vega gegründet.
