Spezial-Espadin Mezcal gefällig? Die Herstellung dieses ganz speziellen Mezcals erfolgt nach traditionellen Verfahren in aufwändiger Handarbeit - mit einer Besonderheit!

🍹 Aroma und Geschmack

Aroma: Intensives Aromen von Blumen, Holz, Zitrus und Anis, leicht rauchig
Geschmack: Zitronengras, Anis, Blumig, Holz, Zitrone, Mandarine

Ein besonderer Espadin Mezcal. Das ganze nennt sich "Capón"-Verfahren

Sobald der Blütenstamm aus dem Agavenherz sprießt, wird dieser abgeschnitten, damit der Zucker in der Agave bleibt. Die Fruchtherzen bleiben noch etwa ein Jahr auf den Feldern, um noch mehr Zucker auszubilden. Danach folgt die Ernte und Verarbeitung zu diesem exquisiten und kraftvollen Agavenbrand, der sich durch reife Fruchtnoten mit mineralischen, kräutrigen und würzigen Akzenten auszeichnet.

Nachhaltigkeit in der Herstellung ist wichtig!

Die Flaschenetiketten werden aus recycelten Agavenblattfasern hergestellt
Nebenprodukte der Mezcal-Produktion (Vinasa und Bagazo) werden zu Lehmziegeln weiterverwendet, und Bagazo wird auf innovative Weise in Biobrennstoff für die Destillationsöfen umgewandelt.
Zur Kühlung verwendet der Hersteller ausschließlich gesammeltes Regenwasser, das in Tanks gelagert wird, um die Umweltbelastung während der Destillation auf natürliche Weise zu verringern.
Diese umfassende Strategie minimiert den ökologischen Fußabdruck erheblich und steht im Einklang mit dem unerschütterlichen Engagement für ökologische Verantwortung
