Cielo Rojo ist eine 100% handwerklich hergestellte Kleinserien-Bacanora aus 100% Agave Pacifica (Angustifolia) und wird in Rancho Tepua im Bundesstaat Sonora im Norden Mexikos von Roberto Contreras produziert.

🍹 Aroma und Geschmack

Sehr leichtes Aroma, etwas Gewürze gemischt mit Kräutern und feuchtem Gras. Am Gaumen buttrig und cremig mit sanftem Rauch und köstlichen blumigen Noten. Der Abgang ist würzig mit leichten Zitrusfrüchten und einem runden Finish.

Alles an Bacanora ist anders. Die Agave, der Boden und der Herstellungsprozess ist es auch. Das Rösten der "Piñas" vor dem Zerkleinern konzentriert den Geschmack und verleiht dieser Spirituose ein rauchiges Finish. Durch die doppelte Destillation entsteht ein geschmeidige Getränk, das man genießen kann, während man seine subtilen Nuancen bewahrt. Wie bei allen Bacanora ist die Produktion klein und wird von Hand durchgeführt.

Bacanora ist ein regionaler Mezcal aus dem nordwestlichen Bundesstaat Sonora, der aus einer regionalen Sorte der Agave Angustifolia Haw, die örtlich als Agave pacifica oder Agave Bacanora bezeichnet wird, hergestellt wird.

Ein wahrlich großartiges Destillat! Ein sehr angenehmes Mundgefühl. Wie beschrieben leicht würzig gemischt mit Kräutern, ehr wenig Rauch dafür mehr Fruchtnoten, liegt nicht schwer am Gaumen und das beste wirkt energetisch ;D! man merkt mit jedem schluck die liebe zum Brand .
